In 1905 Giuseppe and Maria Padulo left their families, friends and their home in Calabria Italy, come to Canada with hopes of establishing a better life for themselves and their family.

In 1935 they established the first Italian grocery store in Montreal, wich was situated in this very location. ' Jos Padulo and sons ' offered a variety of typical Italian products and at the same time helped and employed many of today's most prosperous Italians.

Inspired by his ancestry, and true to a heritage of good living, Riccardo Padulo, Giuseppe and Maria's grandson, brings to your table, authentic Italian cuisine.
